HOW TO ORDER
We have included a colour charts to give you the feeling of what we can make for you. We Have made our website interactive, allowing you to fill in your own details to let us help find the exact outfit for your needs. Please write your usual size and Height in the in the box provided at the bottom of the Order Form to enable us to select the correct size for you!
1. Choose the style, Size and color of the garment you would like to add to your Wardrobe
2. Add your contact and delivery Details and proceed to the checkout
3. You can pay for your order using pay pal
1. Download and print out your Order Form
2. Fill in the styles and colours you would like this season.
3. Include your payment and delivary details and
fax it through on +61 2 6684 5006.
4. If you can not access a fax machine, feel free to email
or phone your order through on +61 2 66 84 5000.
Our phone lines are secure and if the phone is not attended, you can safely leave your payment details on our answering machine.
Our price lists are now in Australian dollars and do not include Air Freight. We do not charge you Local Taxes and duties, although they may be charged by customs when your garments enter the country. Our experience is that it is unusual for customs to charge you for a personal order.
At this time, we also accept direct payment into our Australian Bank account in Australian Dollars
We also accept visa and mastercard
Alternatively You may post your order and pay with an Australian cheque, or money order however International cheques will take longer to clear and will therefore slow down the time to process your order as all payments are cleared prior to dispatch.
Our site can calculate for different International freight zones in the world, and we have based the costs on the current Australia Post Air Freight rates for 1kg, 1.5kg and 2kg.
If we have your order in stock it will be sent out straight away. Allow 10 days for International airmail. If there is going to be any delay, we will contact you by email before processing your payment!
If you are not satisfied with our garment, you may email us to let us know, and post the garment back to us with in 7 days of receipt. We will notify you of the return address once we have received your email.
We will happily refund your payment on receipt of your garment (less postage and handling), as long as it is in original condition. As our garments are carefully checked for quality and each size fits a range of different shapes and sizes, rest assured it is extremely rare for us to have garments returned
